You can pick a message from their options or email them exactly what you want to say. Your Gondolier will print your message on parchment paper, roll it up and place it in a wine bottle and cork it and have it ready upon your arrival. Included inside of the bottle are sand and small colorful sea shells to help best emulate a feeling of a “bottle washed ashore.” Your gondolier will drop it in the water about half way through the cruise and then expertly spin the gondola around so the bottle drifts up next to the boat and your date.
