State Social House opened in the former Red Rock space in early May 2013. The space offers three social setting: a dining area on the 1st floor, a Piano Bar on the 2nd floor, and a Smoker’s Lounge next door called The Backroom where a selection of cigars are available for purchase in the lounge. They also offer free weekly events!

Chef Vernon Cardenas, formerly of Innovative Dining Group (Katana) and Pink Taco, has put together a delicious menu of the best tasting pub food you’ve ever had. Like his Whiskey Burger slathered with Jameson-onion jam. Or his mouth-watering Mac & Cheese – a melted blend of cheddar, gruyere, gouda, and bacon! Kobe Meatballs. Buffalo Wings. Shrimp Ceviche. Pizzas. Salads. And steak, seafood, and pasta plates to satisfy the heavier appetites.

Take a seat at one of their four bars and you’ll have your choice of 20 draft beers (Allagash, Angry Orchard, Firestone, and Green Flash to name a few). Try one of their beer cocktails like the Brewjito (strawberry, mint, lime, agave, and Allagash White Belgium Ale) or The Hidden Gun (Irish Whiskey, Amero, orange bitters, and Guinness Stout). Not a beer drinker? Not a problem. They’ve got the freshest and tastiest Specialty Drinks around like the Sunset Strip (Don Julio anejo tequila, mint, sugar, grapefruit, and fresh lime) or the Thai’d Up (Akvinta Vodka, strawberry, balsamic vinegar, basil, and lemon).

You can smoke here with no one to make you feel guilty. It’s allowed! Located right next door, they’ve managed to find a safe place for smokers to feel welcome and loved without offending our diners next door. They have open air lounge seating under the stars. Or sit in their Cigar Bar and enjoy the head on views of the Sunset Strip. Didn’t bring anything to smoke? Don’t worry, they have a large selection of cigars and cigarettes to satisfy your craving.
