The distance, obstacles, and terrain are all designed to assault you on every level, to push you past your breaking point so you must power through by sheer force of will. When you cross the finish line you’ll find yourself forever changed by the accomplishment, and by discovering just how much heart you really have. You’ll carry this achievement with you as you train, eat, and live, all the way to your next Bad Ass Race. So if you’re ready to step outside of your comfort zone, experience an adrenalin rush like no other, and take your existence to the next level, sign up for a Bad Ass America Race right now!

Now that we’ve got the inspiring, motivational, blah blah f*cking blah description out of the way, let’s talk Bad Ass America in real people language. First and foremost, there’s a challenge. A knock down, drag out, fun as hell obstacle course that’ll make you run, jump, climb, crawl, lift, and slosh your way to the finish line. It’ll be brutal, but it’ll be awesome. During the course you’ll smile, laugh, make friends, curse the friends who dragged you into this torture, and absolutely feel like a Bad Ass. Once it’s over, eat some food, drink some drinks, and have a little fun with the other Bad Asses that ran or came to watch and cheer you on.

As for the “lifestyle” word they use, they mean it. They want you to stop thinking like an average person and start thinking like a Bad Ass when it comes to fitnessnutrition, and living. Their goal is to get you training like an athlete, eating for results, and taking on new challenges every day, all while having a good f*cking time. Don’t worry, they’ll give you plenty of suggestions and will always set an example by living the Bad Ass life.
