The Los Angeles County Fair is the largest county fair in North America and is celebrating 90 years of fun, so expect one giant party with great entertainment!
From a Living Library of fun for kids and the cutest piglets in the Fairview Farm to the Wine and Spirits Marketplace and California’s Heritage Square, the exhibits and attractions offer entertainment for guests of all ages. Don’t miss Mojo and her jungle friends or the salute to the 2012 Olympics and London in the Flower & Garden Pavilion.
Other attractions include a traveling circus, a Garden Railroad, Pets Ahoy, Rock of Ages, Stingray Island, Village on Broadway, Wilderness Ridge, Western Days & Rodeo Nights, Plaza de las Americas, The Land of Frogs, Princesses, and Knights, Genius: A Celebration Of American Innovation, and the Millard Sheets Center for the Arts.
The Ray Cammack Show carnival returns for its 28th year bringing rides to thrill and chill. Enter a favorite cake recipe for a change to win a blue ribbon at the Fair. Check out the competitions page for entry information.
Music
Rock, pop, soul, country, and extreme sports stars light the night sky during the End of Summer Concert Series. Previous shows have included Selena Gomez, Victoria Justice, Styx, and Sugarland.
Don’t miss the daily shows located throughout the Fair. The Coca-Cola Stage features the best in local entertainment. Stop and watch the daily parades featuring marching bands and community groups. And don’t forget to sign up for the returning Battle of the Bands. The Los Angeles County Fair is looking for the best high school and college bands to go head to head with beats and riffs during the Battle of the Bands.
Day at the Races
The Day at the Races program is a unique and affordable way to build team spirit, entertain clients, fundraise or host a reunion. On the Fairplex Park Terrace, your group will experience exciting, live horse racing. They have packages to suit all price levels, for groups of 10-300. When racing is over, your group can enjoy the Fair filled with live animals, shopping, carnival rides, and more!
Food
Deep-fried. On-a-stick. Battered. Breaded. Dipped in chocolate. Eating at the Fair is a unique experience. With more than 300 choices, undue the top button on your pants and dive in. If you’re a little nervous, they do have yogurt, smoothies, fruit and ,salads, too!
Enjoy an elegant surf and turf meal while watching the ponies run from the Top of the Park restaurant. Located atop the horse racing grandstand, Top of the Park provides upscale, full-service dining with breathtaking views of the Fair and the racetrack. Seating is available indoors or outside on the Top of the Park terrace. Top of the Park is open from 11 am – 8 pm during the Fair. Reservations are available and recommended for all Fair restaurants. Picnic
Have your picnic at the largest county Fair in North America.
