Archives For Live Music

We’re excited to announce the next installment of Red Bull Sound Select presents Los Angeles featuring headliner King Tuff and rising local band The Shrine. Despite forming in 2008, The Shrine feel like a band from a wilder, more reckless era. One of America’s hottest underground bands, the Venice, California-based trio plays loud, heavy rock ‘n’ roll that combines the hook-laden appeal of ’70s garage rock and gritty ’80s hardcore with a skate punk energy and attitude resulting in a sound they describe as “psychedelic violence.”

Red Bull Sound Select is more than just a series of monthly live music shows – it’s an ongoing program to support local music scenes and the people who push them forward. It’s designed to “break” promising bands and help them rise above the static, and offers them an array of resources and opportunities including performing at renowned venues and major festivals, access to Red Bull recording studios, professional mentors and more. It also gives fans the unique opportunity to support new music and connect directly with the artists.

The new initiative from Fender set out to tackle the challenges that often prevent emerging musicians from touring by sending them on the road with all of the resources and support they need including a customized 15 passenger touring van, marketing/promo support, Fender gear, as well as fuel and vehicle maintenance needs.

Another unique element is that each van is equipped with GoPro cameras to capture real-time daily content on the stage and on the road. All the ups and downs of life on the road will be documented and shared on the artists socials channels (using #FENDERXLR8R) as well as on all of Fender’s media channels.

Without question, Pink Floyd remains one of the most influential rock bands of all time. Their record-breaking status is legendary. Get ready for PFX-THE PINK FLOYD EXPERIENCE! With an even more spectacular light show than before, full quadraphonic sound, and six outstanding musicians dedicated to bringing you the most authentic Floyd experience possible, it’s “a must-see for any Pink Floyd enthusiast!”

Annerin Productions has endeavored to bring fans the show they never thought they’d see. They searched the continent for committed and talented musicians who could really do it justice. This was a project that was not going to happen if it could not be done right.

The vision was not to produce a stadium show. In fact, in an effort to create the true Pink Floyd experience it would be just the opposite. Two key factors were at the core of the plan:

• Keep it intimate. Put the legendary combination of music, sound and lights in a theatre atmosphere.
• Ensure the sensual attack of Floyd. Give it top a priority along with the music.
