The Los Angeles County Fair is the largest county fair in North America and is celebrating over 90 years of fun, so expect one giant party with great entertainment!

Food

Deep-fried. On-a-stick. Battered. Breaded. Dipped in chocolate. Eating at the Fair is a unique experience. With more than 300 choices, undue the top button on your pants and dive in. If you’re a little nervous, they do have yogurt, smoothies, fruit, and salads, too!

Wine and Beer Marketplace

Breathe deep and relax in the Wine and Beer Marketplace. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply enjoy the occasional glass, the fair welcomes you with open arms and the clink of a glass.

Shopping

It’s one of the top attractions at the Fair with unique items that can’t be found anywhere else. More than 600 vendors offer great prices on electronics, jewelry, wonder cleansers, and dirt-absorbing mops. With the all-new centralized shopping location, they’ve made it even more convenient to shop. They even have an express shuttle from to get you there and back.

Music

The L.A. County Fair’s End of Summer Concert Series, presented by Toyota, appears 20 nights of the Fair. The series will feature music acts such as War, Trace Adkins, Kesha, The Jacksons, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Fair admission is not included in the price of concert tickets.

Ray Cammack Shows 

The award-winning Ray Cammack Shows returns to the Fair for the 29th straight year bringing one of the largest assortments of rides and attractions in the nation, including Speed and Disk-O. More than 70 thrilling rides are featured. The younger folks can enjoy the tamer wild life with attractions designed just for them at two separate kiddie carnivals. Look for some favorite thrillers like G Force, Techno, Top Spin, and Euro Slide. The midway opens at noon Wednesdays through Fridays and 10 am weekends, remaining open after the nightly Fair closing time.

Barretts Race Meet 

Barretts Sales and Racing has the unique distinction of presenting fun and horse racing excitement at Barretts Race Meet. Programming is presented between races for non-stop activity, including visits from the distinguished red, white, and brass Studebaker wagon led by the majestic and world-famous Budweiser Clydesdale.

America’s Great Outdoors

This unique exhibit features a live representation of the diverse vegetation of California. Camp Smokey will provide brave explorers with the necessary information for their journey into the forest and how to respect and protect our valuable outdoor treasures. Guests can also try their hand at gold panning on weekends.

America’s Kids

This year’s theme is once again a Living Library of Fun! Visit new worlds like the Shire from The Hobbit, the Emerald City in the Land of Oz or celebrate the 50th anniversary of Where The Wild Things Are. Whether it’s Harry Potter, The Magic Tree House or a visit to the comics, this exhibit makes stories come to life. Presented by King Taco.

Budweiser Clydesdales

The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales, representatives of Anheuser-Busch for more than 70 years, make hundreds of appearances annually, logging some 100,000 miles. The Budweiser Clydesdales and their familiar red, white and brass Studebaker-built beer wagon make appearances at the Fairplex Park Budweiser Grandstand weekends during horse races. The exhibit is located in Kids Zone. Budweiser is celebrating its 28th anniversary as a sponsor at the L.A. County Fair. Presented by Budweiser.

Beneath the Sea: An Underwater Adventure

Stare down a shark, pet a stingray, laugh with sea lions and learn all about the ocean. The 5,000-gallon shark tank, 30-minute Sea Lion Splash show, Sea Monsters traveling exhibit, Mermaid Melissa and larger-than-life coral reef cove bring education and fun together.

From a Living Library of fun for kids and the cutest piglets in the Fairview Farm to the Wine and Spirits Marketplace and California’s Heritage Square, the exhibits and attractions offer entertainment for guests of all ages. Don’t miss Mojo and her jungle friends or the salute to the 2012 Olympics and London in the Flower & Garden Pavilion.

Music

Rock, pop, soul, country, and extreme sports stars light the night sky during the End of Summer Concert Series. Previous shows have included Selena Gomez, Victoria Justice, Styx, and Sugarland.

Don’t miss the daily shows located throughout the Fair. The Coca-Cola Stage features the best in local entertainment. Stop and watch the daily parades featuring marching bands and community groups. And don’t forget to sign up for the returning Battle of the Bands. The Los Angeles County Fair is looking for the best high school and college bands to go head to head with beats and riffs during the Battle of the Bands. 

Day at the Races

The Day at the Races program is a unique and affordable way to build team spirit, entertain clients, fundraise or host a reunion. On the Fairplex Park Terrace, your group will experience exciting, live horse racing. They have packages to suit all price levels, for groups of 10-300. When racing is over, your group can enjoy the Fair filled with live animals, shopping, carnival rides, and more!

Enjoy an elegant surf and turf meal while watching the ponies run from the Top of the Park restaurant. Located atop the horse racing grandstand, Top of the Park provides upscale, full-service dining with breathtaking views of the Fair and the racetrack. Seating is available indoors or outside on the Top of the Park terrace. Top of the Park is open from 11 am – 8 pm during the Fair. Reservations are available and recommended for all Fair restaurants. Picnic

Have your picnic at the largest county Fair in North America.
