How hard could it be to become a Spartan? If a teenager can do it, you can too… right?

In Sparta, you were taken away from your parents at age 7, you lived a harsh and often brutal life in the soldiers barracks. You were beaten by older children who started fights to help make you tough and strong. You were often whipped in front of groups of other Spartans, including your parents, but never cried out in pain. You are fierce,  capable, and proud of your strength. You know you are superior and are delighted to be Spartan.

Spartan Code:

A Spartan pushes their mind and body to their limits.
A Spartan masters their emotions.
A Spartan learns continuously.
A Spartan gives generously.
A Spartan leads.
A Spartan stands up for what they believe in, no matter the cost.
A Spartan knows their flaws as well as they know their strengths.

A Spartan lives every day as if it were their last.

Spartan Race Obstacle Course Challenge

Spartan Race is an outdoor obstacle course challenge. The mission is to get you active, healthy, excited about change, and return to your ancient roots where running through woods, getting dirty, and facing adversity was part of everyday life. The events are all about challenging today’s perception of normal. The race is designed to test your resilience, strength, stamina, quick decision-making skills, and ability to laugh in the face of adversity.

Spartan Race now introduces a level for everyone beginning with the entry-level Spartan Sprint, intermediate level Super Spartan, the advanced Spartan Beast, and the ‘99.9% need not apply’ extreme level Spartan Death Race. Whatever your level, Spartan Race will test your strength, stamina, and sense of humor. This is your chance to live or die like a Spartan!
